  • Who are we?
    Senior Mental Vigour is an Erasmus+ project focusing on wellbeing and development
    of senior learners, financed by the European Union.

    The project will run from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2027. Throughout these two years, we will support organisations working with seniors by equipping them with modern, innovative educational tools.

    Our website address is seniorvigour.eu. The website is available in 6 languages: English, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Latvian, and Greek.

  • What personal data do we collect?
    When you contact us through the contact form, we may collect:
    • your full name;
    • your email address;
    • the content of your message; and
    • any other information you voluntarily include in your message.

    Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as information about your health, unless it is necessary for your request.

    When you visit the website, our website and hosting service may automatically process limited technical information, such as:
    • your IP address;
    • browser and device type;
    • date and time of access;
    • pages visited;
    • referring website; and
    • technical logs required for the website’s security and operation.
  • Why do we process your data?
    We process your personal data to receive and respond to messages submitted through the contact form. We do this based on our legitimate interest in communicating with website visitors and answering their enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

    If your message concerns a possible agreement or cooperation, we may process your data to take steps requested by you before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

    We keep personal data submitted through the contact form only for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry, meet applicable legal or contractual requirements, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

    We periodically review the personal data we hold and securely delete it when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

    Technical logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for website operation, troubleshooting and security.
  • Who may receive your data?
    Access to personal data is limited to authorised persons who need it to respond to your enquiry or maintain the website. This may include:
    • Project Net staff and authorised project representatives;
    • relevant Senior Vigour consortium partners, if your enquiry concerns their work and sharing it is necessary to provide an answer;
    • website hosting, form-processing, email and technical service providers acting on our instructions; and
    • public authorities when disclosure is required by law.

    The website is created using Tilda, which may process technical and contact-form data on behalf of Project Net. We do not sell personal data.
